In ASTRADEALS104 we wish to EMPOWER all people we engage with to DESIRE personal growth and capacity and
in the process never experience ANY LIMITS to their development in the world around them.

Objectives and Aims:

=> To build capacity at government level in order for them to provide the services
they are mandated to fulfil according to the Batho Pele Principles;

=> To ensure local government becomes developmental oriented and able to focus
on sustainable livelihoods and economic development as they continue to
provide and improve basic service delivery;

=>To provide people with specific skills in order to become better leaders and
development facilitators;

=>To expose young people to different career opportunities, highlighting the need
for entrepreneurial development in South Africa;
=> To alert the youth to the scourge of HIV/AIDS; drug and alcohol abuse and to
encourage them in the different roles they should play in their communities and
personal lives to combat those;

=> To arrange opportunities where people from different cultural groups can interact
and work together to improve and transform their views and attitudes about other
cultures;

=>To create opportunities for people to get involved in community services where
needed and thereby practically applying what they have learnt;

=>To network and build bridges with other organizations and to encourage the spirit
of Ubuntu (working together);

=>To give people a second chance in life to make a difference, enjoying life to its
fullest in order to become prosperous and successful. Assisting people to reach
their full potential.

=>To be facilitators for change and development of all people, in all spheres of
society.
